By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or signing a project contract, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our acceptance of your project is confirmed through a signed contract that includes:

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to change due to material cost fluctuations or project scope modifications.
Our standard payment structure is designed to align with project milestones:

Due at start of on-site work
Upon reaching project midpoint
Upon project completion and customer approval
Bank transfer, company cheque, debit/credit card, and approved financing options
All invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing
Late payments may incur interest charges of 8% above Bank of England base rate per annum
Any changes to the original scope of work may result in additional charges. All variations must be approved in writing before implementation.

Written approval required before implementation of changes
We stand behind the quality of our work with comprehensive warranties:
Duration: 12 months from project completion
Coverage: All labor and installation work performed by Neat Avenue
Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage by third parties
Duration: As per manufacturer specifications (typically 1-10 years)
Coverage: Manufacturing defects in supplied materials and equipment
Process: Claims processed directly through manufacturers when applicable
Duration: 6 months for paint and decorative finishes
Coverage: Peeling, cracking, or other finish failures due to application issues
Exclusions: Fading due to UV exposure or normal aging
Neat Avenue maintains comprehensive insurance coverage and operates under defined liability terms:
£2,000,000 coverage for third-party injury or property damage
£1,000,000 coverage for professional advice and design services
£10,000,000 coverage as required by UK law
Our total liability under any contract shall not exceed the total contract value. We are not liable for:

Rights to designs, plans, and intellectual property are governed by the following terms:
Original designs created by Neat Avenue remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, Customer receives a license for the specific project use.
We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for marketing purposes, subject to reasonable confidentiality requirements and prior customer approval.
Any materials, designs, or specifications provided by the Customer remain their property. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties.
Trademark Notice: "Neat Avenue" and associated logos are trademarks of our company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Either party may terminate the contract under specific circumstances:
Customer may terminate with 14 days written notice. Customer remains liable for all work completed and materials ordered.
Customer may terminate immediately if we materially breach contract terms and fail to remedy within 7 days of written notice.
We may terminate the contract if:
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and we will be compensated for work performed and expenses incurred to the date of termination.
We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently:
Initial disputes should be addressed through direct communication between the parties' designated representatives.
